Lead Pastor

Scott has been Bayside's Lead Pastor since 1982 when he & his young family came to the small church of 39 people. Scott’s longevity here & steady growth of the congregation have taught him to adapt to change & remain relevant to the times.

Co-Pastor

Brent has been in full-time ministry for over 26 years and at Bayside for over 10 years. In addition to his preaching and teaching responsibilies, he oversees men’s ministry, greeters, ushers, missions, finances and the general care of the church campus.

Assistant Pastor / Youth

Brandon has been at Bayside since 2005. He’s a ‘local boy’ born in Bremerton, attended North Kitsap schools, and graduated from Olympic College and Northwest University. Brandon’s heart is to lead young people in a lifetime commitment to Christ.

Children's Pastor

Joe has been in pastoral ministry for 10 years and loves directing our children's ministry teams. He knows that once kids discover truth about Jesus, they loudly and joyfully share that news with anyone who will listen!

Ministries Coordinator

Barbara has been in church staff ministry for over 25 years & on staff at Bayside for over 10 years. In addition to her main position, she disciples Women, serves on the ShareNet Board of Directors and helps to connect new folks to Bayside.

Music Worship Minister

Leilani has been devoted to church music and worship since the age of 12 and in ministry all her life. As the Music Worship Minister at Bayside, her focus includes mentoring her worship team to lead in worship, arranging music & leading by example.

Ministry Assistant

Marilea has been involved in ministry since the age of 14 and has worked in many areas of ministry. She has been at Bayside for 18 years and works part-time in the church office and with projection, website management, and financial records.

Worship Assistant

Danny has a passion for music and loves to see God speak to us through it. He loves all kinds of music wherever it may come from.

Middle School Ministries Director

Dustin grew up in the Kitsap area and knows the make up of the schools and community well. His passion is to see middle school students be impacted by Christ...for them to experience His love and for them to become more like Jesus in the real world.

Women's Ministry

Dorothy’s heart as the women’s ministries Coordinator is to create events that bring women together to share their lives in healthy and meaningful ways that are unique their lifestyles.
