Warren D. Bullock has served as the Northwest area executive presbyter since 2001. Pastor Warren currently serves on staff at New Life in Renton, WA. His former positions include Executive Presbyter for the AG Northwest area and Sr. pastor for Northwest Family Church in Auburn, Washington. During his ministry, Bullock has pastored at several churches in Washington and Oregon. He also served as superintendent of the Northwest District for eight years.
Bullock has a long history with Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington. In addition to earning his undergraduate degrees there, he has held the positions of public relations director and dean of the school of ministry. Bullock currently serves on the university’s board of directors.
Bullock earned a Master of Arts from Seattle Pacific University and a Doctor of Ministry from California Graduate School of Theology and is the author of the book, When The Spirit Speaks.
Barbara has served on church staffs for 30 years; on staff at Bayside for over 16 years. She provides administrative support to the staff and all departments, oversees the connecting ministry, and is secretary of the board for ShareNet Food Bank and Thrift Store.

Dustin grew up in the Kitsap area and knows the make up of the schools and community well. His passion is to see middle school students be impacted by Christ…for them to experience His love and for them to become more like Jesus in the real world.Tracie Marsh, a Seattle area native, has been playing bass nearly twenty years. She holds a bass performance degree from Washington State University and has traveled the world performing music of all styles. While living in Boston, Tracie played in several bands and held the principal bass position in The New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra. Since moving to Kitsap in 2005, Tracie has been a 1st call bassist/singer playing in several bands with top Seattle musicians. Tracie is currently using her talents to lead worship at Bayside Church.

Marilea has been involved in ministry since the age of 14 and has worked in many areas of ministry. She has been at Bayside for 21 years and works part-time in the church office and with projection, website management, and financial records.
Sheila has been involved in Children’s Ministry at Bayside for many years. She worked along side the previous Children’s Pastor and is currently overseeing all areas of the Children’s program.
